We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a minimum 2 years of experience, who can handle our daily operations including but not limited to day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll, and balancing, and processing of annual/quarterly GST remittances for multiple entities. Support with preparation of audit information and supporting documents as required. Must have a good knowledge and experience of working in QuickBooks with limited to no supervision.
Having some property management experience to manage a company's entities would be an asset.
Rate $20/hr (negotiable).
