Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule and coordinate daily trucking operations, adeptly assigning drivers and trucks to suitable routes and loads. Maintain a fluid line of communication with drivers, delivering clear directives, updates, and instructions regarding pickups, drop-offs, and any schedule alterations. Vigilantly monitor truck progress and shipment status to guarantee on-time deliveries, swiftly addressing any hitches or delays that may arise. Maintain meticulous records of trucking activities, encompassing driver logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules. Foster collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, promptly addressing any queries or concerns related to trucking operations. Ensure unwavering compliance with pertinent regulations, encompassing hours of service, safety protocols, and licensing requisites. Continuously evaluate and refine trucking operations to enhance efficiency, trim costs, and elevate customer satisfaction. Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a Truck Dispatcher, preferably within a fast-paced transportation or logistics domain, with a minimum of two years' experience. In-depth familiarity with trucking operations, spanning routing, scheduling, and load planning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse, facilitating effective interaction with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Proficiency in leveraging computer systems and software applications pertinent to trucking operations. A comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and compliance prerequisites. Robust organizational prowess and adept multitasking abilities, essential for managing concurrent priorities and deadlines. Flexibility to accommodate rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessitated by operational demands.
