Job Description:Job Description The responsibilities of a Lease Accounting Administrator include accounting, administration, managing files, submitting documents, completing and reviewing paperwork, A/R and A/P. Responsibilities:All general accounting for leasing company including month-end and year-end proceduresMaintaining organized filing systemCreating lease documents for clientsSubmitting required lender documentationAccounts PayableAccounts Receivable Qualifications:Education and/or experience in general accountingAdministrative abilityStrong organization, computer stills, attention to detailIndependent self starter, high degree of autonomyCustomer service attitudeValid drivers license and clean driving record We thank all applicants in advance for their interest.
