I’m only renting month to month with a two week notice for you to move if I say you have to and Vica versa.. it’s half the rent for a deposit $725 and $250 deposit for a dog and I will be very honest and fair about returning them to you as long as there is no damage and then of course it will be fixed and the fees will be deducted from your deposit… and you can have a dog under 25lbs. We can talk about other things that either of us may want or anything I’m flexible for some things.
