We're looking for a place for $1400 or less, max price includes utilities. Must be within 15km of the shown location!! Preferably closer to the Centennial Park. Everything else past this point is preference and workable around. If you have a separate room/building where we can be by ourselves we'd much prefer that but obviously we're open to options. Both of us will be students throughout the next year or longer (One in a paramedic program, one in an animator/artist program). We'll both be working and rather busy so you'll probably won't hear from us much other than mornings and nights. We'd preferably like a big enough room for one or two desks and a queen-sized or slightly smaller bed, and a place to cook, is ok if it's furnished or not. :) We'd probably move in mid August, maybe earlier or later but definitely by September.
