Hello there we are a large family looking for a long term rental as we have been living in the same unit for over 9 years now and have to leave do to landlord selling I work full time 40+ hours a week plus child tax Girlfriend is a stay at home mom with child tax 71 year old father who lives with us has CPP and old age security As sources of income We are clean and quiet family unit we are looking for can be a 3+ unit with basement or a 4 bedroom home we generally prefer to e-transfer rent as well as have contact info available in case of emergency We are looking for a June 1st move in day I’d like to thank you for taking the time to read this and have an amazing day
