Single bedroom available to sublet from June 1st in an all girls apartment at Severn Courts: • $625 per month (this includes utilities and wifi) • 5 - 10 minutes walk from Fleming college, 10 minute walk to Dollarama, No Frills, and other stores. • Bus stops 5, 6, 8, and 9 are a 2 minutes walk away (could be run in about 30 seconds thought!) • Eastward-facing window provides plenty of natural light and a scenic view of the forest. • Room comes with the bed, mattress, desk, chair, and shelf. I can also leave the tension rod if you would like to hang up some curtains over the closet space like in the photos. • Kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms are shared.
