Singer-songwriter looking for any musicians in the east end of the GTA who are interested in starting a band. Influences include, but not limited to; Adam Melchor, The Beatles, Damien Rice, Michael Kiwanuka, Passenger, Mac DeMarco, The 1975, Houndmouth, Vampire Weekend, The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, and many more. Big plus if you can sing and write as well.
Goals would be:
- Record some original tunes
- Start playing some gigs in and around Toronto
- Release an EP by the end of the year
I also have some friends in publishing who have helped me out in the past, and a small boutique label from across the pond that's been showing some interest in my solo work. I'd love to use all these resources I've gained over the years to benefit the band! Let me know if you're interested.
