The London Training Centre provides hands-on pre-apprenticeship training for those who have a passion for culinary knowledge and learning.
For 16 weeks, this interactive course will offer selected participants the opportunity to experience and gain fundamental and relevant skills and knowledge for a career in the hospitality industry with a provided 8 week PAID work placement!
If you have…
- An active interest in a culinary career and are at least 18 years of age
- An Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalency
- The commitment to attend the program full-time from July 2024-December 2024

You’ll be provided with...
- Two sets of Chef Works uniforms
- All the tools and equipment necessary to be successful
- The opportunity to engage in open discussions with local food artisans, chefs and likeminded professionals to further enhance your experience
- Guided assistance in job search/coaching from our employment professionals
This program is fully funded by The Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (no cost to selected students) and provides all the necessary certifications to aid in food service employment.
