Production Team Member/Baker/Kitchen Helper

Production Management and Supervisor: All workers start out on contract with the potential to become FT permanent employees when opportunities become available. We are looking for dedicated individual who can start immediately with our company! As a Management Production member of the London, Ontario Meat pie team, you may be assigned work in a variety of roles either on production lines or in supporting departments.

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for production high-quality, delicious Meat Pies and who have a high regard for safety. Must have Post Graduate diploma from in Food Handling/Production Food Service, Management field.

Jobs could include: • Filling Orders for Distribution • Working withing time Limits • Organizing Staff • Quality Control • Baking, Cooling, Packaging • Production Management of Meat Pies, Filling topping and Baking • Packing product into boxes • Order Filling product delivery organization and Distribution. • General production assistance on the lines • Clean and sanitize production areas between product switch overs and at the end of the shift. • Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to multitask and fast thinking in a high paced environment. • Ability to work with little supervision with a high standard for quality, attention to detail and cleanliness. • Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays. • Food handler Certificate, as well as some at least 2 years of Commercial Production kitchen skills. • Ability to work in a team environment with clear and effective communication • Able to work with minimal supervision Carrying a positive attitude and being courteous to your fellow workers Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive movements Ability to perform manual lifting, stacking, loading and unloading up to approximately 25kg

Available to work up to 40 hours per week depending on production needs. Possible shifts include: • 8:30am to 5:00pm • 12:00pm to 5:00pm • 9:00am to 2:00pm • Monday – Saturday no Sundays A day in the life of...
