Hii everyone,i have 15 years experience in restaurants industry as general manager i worked with good brands in india like lapinoz pizza( pizza store)( 4 years)karim's ( world's famous mughlai food a fine fine dine restaurants with 90+ seating capacity worked 2 years ),chawla's ( very popular for special cream chicken( 8 years), papa whisky( bar) 1 year and 6 months works with lovely sweet (canada),i know cooking too coz i know it wn i ll move country then i need to start from scratch so i learn it.deep knowledge of operations,P&L, how can improve sale n all not easy to compete me
. I want a good employer for long term whos want best employee in industry,i have cash job on a good position so i m not in rush but still i am searching job in my same industry coz currently i am working in different industry, Thanks
