Up for sale is this clean 2012 7'x14' cargo trailer that has been converted into a simple tiny home on wheels while remaining functional as a trailer. Dual tandem 3500 lbs axles with electric brakes, rear barn doors, 4 brand new tires and rims with just under 2k on them and brand new breakaway battery and switch. It is fully insulated with 1" rigid foam on the ceiling and walls, and 1.5" on the floor (lots of pictures of the whole tear-down). Floor is solid. Frame is solid. 4 screened PVC windows and ceiling vent for ample air flow and no bugs. 2 piece vinyl floor, PVC lattice ceiling, cut-to-size wood stove jack, and original wood veneer walls with new paint. Round style metal roof coated with White Knight sealer to keep the heat down in the summer months. I reinstalled the 4 original tie down points on the floor for toys or w.h.y if you choose to haul or move things. This is an awesome turn-key platform ready to be your tiny home, camper, toy hauler, or bunky at your home or cottage! Tow's nicely, no issues whatsoever (just drove 1800kms to get here). Currently being used to store a few totes. The intention was to live in it, but things didn't work out as planned and I ended up building a cabin, so no longer require it. $8500 firm!
