1998 JDM subaru forester s/tb

I am selling my 1998 jdm subaru forester s/tb. I have owned the car for almost 4 years and am the 3rd owner in Canada. Bought the car from a friend of mine and we both babied it. The only reason I'm selling is because I'm buying a new car and am trying to downsize. Comes with everything installed on it currently (roof rack, light bar, ect). AWD 5 speed manual with a 2.0L turbocharged ej20g engine. Completely original stock engine with no mods pushing stock PSI (about 12-14psi). The car has 161k km and I have only put about 25k km on it in the last 4 years. The car will come with a detailed interior, full tank of gas, a fresh oil change, and other goodies. Located in hinton The good: • Runs well and starts every time • Good mileage considering age • Engine is completely stock • Clutch has plenty of life left • Interior is in good condition • No cracks in windshield • Has had oil changes every 5k and has never been run with low fluids • Has subwoofer and new front door speakers • Lower trim and wheel wells have been professionally rock guarded • New starter • New filters all around • Both headlights and fog lights are LED The bad: • Needs suspension work • Will eventually need a new fuel pump (still runs fine, but will take a few extra cranks to start when the engine is cold and will occasionally bog when below a quarter tank) • Rims have surface rust • Very minimal rust under back windows • Front grill is cracked • Crack in passenger side break light. • Driver side mirror cracked • Passenger window button doesn't work from passenger side but works fine from driver side
