I got it fixed up to the point where only the horn and emergency brake didn't work. unfortunately, it started leaking coolant and overheated. when I took off the head gasket, I saw that the engine was cracked. This vehicle would be a solid parts car or a project car if you are ambitious. I won't part it out. It will have to be towed.
