    Things you should know about buying or adopting a pet

    While pet sellers can be reputable individuals or breeders who treat their animals well, the ease of selling pets over the Internet also makes it attractive to careless, irresponsible breeders and scammers. To protect yourself, you must be careful and believe only what you see and not what you are told. It is highly recommended to arrange for an inspection of the home where the pets are bred. This allows you to check that the mother and other animals are living in suitable conditions, being well cared for, and are in good health.

    I have been breeding Maine Coons for over 10 years now . Rosamond Maine Coon and Maine Coon Connection . Maine Coons are truly one of the most beautiful and intelligent domesticated cat breed. At this time I only have two silver calico tabby girls remaining. I am expecting another litter at the end of June. Maine Coons are perfect for city life and go for walks on a harnes or farm life. As an RN I work nights and weekends so please be patient with my response. In the pictures you see the following cats 1. Gunpowder he is a grey smoke with yellow eyes , born in May. Gunpowder is already neutered . His dad is also my white Tom Jazz. Gone to his forever home 2. Jazz my gorgeous white odd eyed Tom from Ukraine . Odd eyed means he has one blue eye and the other is green. He is very long and has a very thick tail . 3. Close up of Jazz’s 4. Lexi and Pantara both retired Queens 5. Lexi is my retired Grandma 6. Is Luna B mom of the available litter . 7. Cosmos a huge Silver Tom with a huge head and paws. Cosmos is the father of the present two litters , first litter is already all spoken for. A 8. 9 10 only reamaining is 2 beautiful female silver calicos Ava and Aurora . Ava has the Tabby face while Aurora has the splash of colour on her face like the Northern Lights. Maine Coons are the gentle giants , Intelligent and have dog like behaviour. They chirp and trill and love to investigate. Can be taught how to fetch and will often teach their owners to play fetch as this is part of their personality. Kittens are well socialized and exposed to children, other cats and dogs. I have been breeding for over 10 years and have not once received a report of a kitten inheriting any diseases or disorders . I love my cats and seeing how my kittens are doing in their forever homes . I encourage sharing pictures as they grow on my Facebook page. Please note there is the possibility of white kittens with blue eyes having hearing impairment. On the upside hearing impaired cats are often calmer and make excellent hiking buddies on a harness as they are not over whelmed by the sounds us humans have created in the world .
