HCA Providing Respite & Supportive Roommate

I am a Health Care Aide working in LTC for years mostly with Dementia. I also, provide respite care at my home for families who need a break or a vacation. I want to leave the LTC setting and become a Supportive Roommate. Would love to assist with client & family to provide an individualized plan focusing on acheiving their personal goals and lifestyle choices, while maintaining their best quality of life. We could work together as a team to provide healthy meal planning, proper hygeine, emotional support (animal love), budgeting, recreational/leisure activities, etc. I am just 5 mins East of city limits in between Chestermere & Langdon, but willing to travel in city for clients employment or programming.
