Seeking Nanny in Calgary

Seeking someone to help up take care of our toddler and keep our house clean. Professional nannies are welcome to apply, but no nannying experience is necessary if you are the right fit. What we are seeking is a good mom who has raised her own kid/kids, is patient and who enjoys being with kids. Ideally, this would be a mom whose kids are school aged or older and has capacity to help us with our family. We are two busy professionals. Dad works from home most days and likes to spend time with the kid during the day. Mom is around some days as well but splits time between home and office. Our daughter is 22 months old, very sweet, smart and empathetic. She loves to play, has lots of toys, and a big yard to run around in. We are looking for someone to talk to her, play games with her and make her feel special when she’s not with her mom and dad. Housekeeping responsibilities would also be part of the job. Could be part time or full time – happy to discuss availability and options. You must have a vehicle to get to our home, and a valid drivers licence. In the event you need to drive anywhere while working, we can provide a vehicle but you will require a car to get to our home as we live west of the city (just west of COP) and there is no transit access. Pay is market and competitive, and can be discussed. Standard employment searches will be required including criminal background check, etc.
