Hello, and welcome to Remi Gabriel and Friends Daycare! My name is Nadia and I've owned and operated RGFD since 2008. We provide safe, reliable and affordable daycare for your precious little ones in a safe, family home setting. First a little about myself, I'm a married mother of 3 children and I have been providing daycare since 2008. Prior to founding RGFD, I graduated with honors from Humber College ECE program and attended York U psychology courses. At RGFD we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive space for children to learn, grow, laugh and play with peers. We offer activities that will help your child's development in social skills, fine/gross motor skills, language, interactive play, early education skills (counting, reading, etc) and developmental skills. We recognize that each child is unique and special and so we customize our activities, and engage your children based on their own unique personalities and learning styles. We provide or a typical day at RGFD begins with ▪︎Breakfast/bathroom ▪︎Guided activity (playdough, colouring etc) ▪︎Circle time (music and movement/ calendar/alphabet/numbers/weather/shapes/colours etc) ▪︎Centers & Small Group Teaching ▪︎Clean Up Time ▪︎Outside gross motor play ▪︎Lunch time/bathroom break ▪︎Story time ▪︎Free play ▪︎Nap time ▪︎Snack time ▪︎Outdoor play ▪︎Time to wind down ▪︎Home time ■ Hours of Operation 7 am - 6pm ■ Free play consists of activites such as reading, puzzles, building blocks, art corner (painting, drawing, coloring), dramatic play, sensory play etc. And fun stuff like play dough, blowing bubbles, Simon says and more. All fully supervised at all times to ensure their safety.
