Wanted: Seeking Cleaners for Rental Properties

We are a small property manager looking for capable, reliable, independent cleaners for frequent cleaning jobs at our various rental properties. A fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to make some extra money!

Previous experience is not necessary, but we are looking for someone who can work independently and thoughtfully to ensure each space is cleaned thoroughly.

We would pay for the cleaning and are looking for an independent contractor. We schedule most of our cleanings via an app, so comfort with technology and a reliable smartphone is required. Reliable transportation is also important. Most cleanings are a fixed price, but the rate of pay is between $20-30/hr. Supplies will be provided, and you are not required to work with anyone else (though we remain available throughout the cleaning if you have any questions or concerns).
