4th Annual Mille Gunn Memorial 8-Ball Tournament

As many know I lost my Mother to Cancer on May 5, 2018. I wanted to keep her memory alive and raise money for Cancer Research by holding a “Annual” Mille Gunn Memorial Pool Tournament each year in her name, but due to Covid I was unable to hold the 2nd annual one for her in 2020-21. Mom’s Event quickly outgrew its Dooly’s Rockingham Venue, and tried a test run tournament held in June 2023 at a larger Dooly’s venue, which was a huge success. I am happy to announce the new home for Mom’s Annual Memorial Pool Tournaments is at Dooly's Portland St. location. The event seen 62 players come out last year for it, and everyone loved the additional space for the players to raise more money for The Canadian Cancer Society. Melissa and her staff are amazing the way they look after everyone, which helps everything run great. I am donating $5.00 from each entry toward the Cancer Society and $5.00 goes to Dooly's for green-fee's, the remaining money will be added and distributed to the winning players (with an additional $100.00 being donated to the players by the venue “Melissa” and me).
