In search of townhouse/House rental

2+den or 3 Beds - House or townhouse Hello there! My family and I are seeking a rental property in HRM, ideally a house, townhouse. Our move-in date is flexible, but we are hoping to secure a place by May 15th/June 1st or thereafter. Our budget is set at a maximum of $3,200 per month, excluding utilities. We are responsible and reliable individuals, and we are prepared to provide references and proof of income along with our deposit. Our family consists of two adults (aged 41 and 47) and two children (aged 13 and 17). One of our children will be attending university in September. We are all non-smokers, and we take pride in maintaining a clean and respectful living environment. We are also diligent workers, and we are more than willing to take care of any lawn care or property maintenance tasks. I recently sold my home on Taranaki Drive after residing there for over 10 years. I relocated to my current rental property, approximately two years ago. Unfortunately, our landlord is selling the property due to the passing of one of the other owner. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress, as I am eager to find a safe and comfortable home for my family. We have a strong preference for the Westphal, Lake Loon, Cole Harbour, or Woodlawn areas, as our son has established friendships in those communities and it is an asset for our well being. However, we are open to considering any suitable property within HRM including Prospect and Timberlea/Tantallon. Thank you for your time ❤️
