Job Duties:
Responsibilities include:
o Provide exceptional Guest service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
o Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the shift
o Maintenance
o Employee Satisfaction and Supervision
o Cash Management and Policy Adherence
o Health and Safety of all employees and guests
o Up selling additional Putt In Glow offerings including birthday parties, fundraisers, group bookings and Putt In Glow merchandise
o Cleanliness of the location
Qualifications:
- Fun, outgoing, and energetic team player
- Conflict resolution skills
- You must enjoy working with people of all ages especially children.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
- You must be available to work all Fridays Evenings and Saturdays and Sundays + some weekday evenings.
- Experience in customer service is an asset
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and cash handling is an asset
- Suitable for College or University Students
