We're seeking a dedicated full-time team member to join our expanding tech company specializing in online marketing services across Canada.
Requirements:
Familiarity with web technologies and social media platforms.
Bilingual Proficiency: Strong command of both French and English.
Tech Setup: Reliable internet connection and a desktop computer.
Ability to provide professional remote customer support.
Preferred Skills (but not required):
Understanding of web technologies like WordPress, HTML, CSS.
Responsibilities:
Client Appointment Scheduling: Arrange appointments with clients.
Customer Communication: Handle incoming calls (approximately 5 to 10 per day).
Project Management: Update clients on project status and manage work progress.
Ask clients targeted questions to gather and simplify project requirements for the tech team.
Skills and Attributes:
Willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
Efficiently manage workload and deadlines.
Maintain clear and effective communication with teammates.
Additional Details:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Legal Authorization: Must be eligible to work in Canada.
