Mel graduated with her Exercise Science Diploma over a decade ago and has been certified by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, considered the gold standard in exercise science and personal training.
With over 12 years of experience working as an elite trainer and her 500Hr Registered Yoga Teacher training plus over a decade of experience as an instructor, she executes her profound knowledge of human anatomy and body positioning and technique, unique to each person's needs with every session.
On top of this, Mel is certified with Precision Nutrition as a Nutrition Coach. She is also a mother and truly understands what it takes to build a strong body after having a baby!
