If you are struggling to lose fat because you've tried restrictive diets in the past and they haven't worked, and your back pain is keeping you from exercising, here is HOW I will help you;

1. FREE In-person consultation and assessment so that I get to know and understand you, your goals, and your pains.

2. I will put together a Rehab plan that when followed, you will be pain free in LESS then 2 weeks.

3. At the same time - After you have submitted your consultation form on my app, I will create a meal plan made with the foods YOU LIKE, in amounts to help you achieve your fat loss goals (1-2lbs of fatloss per week).

We can include as many substitutions as you need so that you are never bored of your meal plan.

4. AND I will build you a workout plan using both exercises you enjoy, can do without pain, and with the intent on making progress EVERY TIME you revisit the workout. This is how we will ensure you build muscle, strength, decrease pain further, increase metabolism, decrease anxiety and depression, and ensure a high quality of life.

We will do in-person workouts with me AND workouts that you can safely do from home to make sure that you achieve your target goals at a pace that is realistic.

My rate is minimum $250/month. Subject to increase with additional in-person training sessions.

I will make unlimited customized workouts that you can do on your own for no additional cost and make as many adjustments to your meal plan as necessary.
