New local start up company looking for volunteers!
Koolyo All Star Mascots is an Entertainment and Fundraising not-for profit company in the startup phase based in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. We want to invite 3 talented individuals to join us to create! Learn! Grow! Develop! Etcetera to act as committee members. We meet Monday evenings for about 3.5 hours. We need computer/media skills, Accounting skills, legal/HRM by-law knowledge, and entrepreneurial business advice. Please submit resume to koolyoevents@outlook.com
We will also need 3 volunteer character actors, who should be responsible, dependable, personable, energetic, comfortable in heavy costumes, interacting with children. Main role will have you rockin’ out in a 3-person punk band to pre-recorded music, then meet-n-greet the audience after for pics and autographs (as your mascot character). Costume, accessories, and training will be provided. You will be helping with some set-up and tear-down of events. Acting and dancing background would be ideal.
