Hello, I am looking for a full time or part time renter for my shop I currently am ill and need to lessen my time at work, my business is located in new horizon mall in Balzac accross from Crossiron mall. I require my renters to be certified and have their own clientele prior to working at my shop ages minimum 6 month experience and proof of work on prior clients. I can provide a blood born pathogens licence for my esthetician and I am covered for 6 employees under my business.
The space is a double unit and is quite spacious open to changing design and making room for anyone's equipment.
Rent is 300$ a month for a full time renter minimum 4 days in shops a week includes access to my supplies and included wifi and access to my clientele base. Plus high speed wifi
Part time is 200$ a month access to wifi and space no longer than mall
Times.
We have lots of foot traffic and most clientele is walk in based, I have no issues with providing a social media base and allowing logins into my social media account to help with getting more clientele.
I have all renters pay first months rent and sign a contract stating 3 months legally required to work in shop,any damage made in the time of working in my shop will be taken seriously and process with legal action if necessary.
Shop has cameras and a secure lock so more than welcome to leave your belongings the mall has 24hr security
I am open to any questions you may have about hrs and advertising suggestions you may have I want to build a mature team of professionals who will help me build my shop into getting a bigger space when lease is up in oct.
I already have a nail tech open to more I'm looking for two more employees.
