Hi, my name is Nicole Johnson (RPN) and I am apart of a team of Personal Support Workers and Nurses. We focus on 24 hour holistic home care within Durham region, Toronto/GTA. We believe in taking care of the community within the comfort of their own home. I have 15 years experience working in the elderly community/long term care homes along with working in the developmental services within the community.
