Westney Heights Chiropractic Centre is a busy, multi-disciplinary clinic established in 1991, proudly providing a safe, welcoming and friendly environment. We have four RMT’s, working well together for many years. With one of our RMT’s moving on after 17 years, we invite you to apply to come join our team! Our location is just one block North of the Westney Rd 401 exit and a quick 10 minute walk from the Ajax GO station. What qualities are we are looking for?

A professional individual who has +2 years treatment experience and is comfortable working collaboratively alongside the members of our multidisciplinary team Registered massage therapists only, in good standing with the CMTO, holding proof of a professional liability insurance policy Ability to provide relaxation and deep tissue therapeutic treatments, as many of our clients come to our clinic looking for pain relief and rehabilitation An individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is motivated to help others, a relaxed, positive vibe, clean & organized, ensuring proper cleanliness and sanitization of treatment room Firm knowledge of remedial exercises Possess critical thinking skills, professional expertise and compassion Unique individual care that clients can use to progress toward optimal health and life-long wellness habits Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date client records We have a very low RMT turnover rate at the clinic and would like a team member that wants to be here for a career Expected hours: 15 -28 hours per week, 1/2 day shifts on weekdays to prevent burnout ;) weekend shifts available with flexible hours

What we are offering:

An existing base of clients - new and loyal (+20yrs) Referrals from our clinic practitioners Approximately 15 clients per week with opportunity available to grow to 25 clients per week if desired Compensation percentage split of 65/35% - 75/25% is negotiable based on your experience Comfortable and friendly environment to work in Casual, professional dress code Welcoming and attentive administration staff who manage client enquires, book and modify appointments, direct bill and take payments for appointments Treatment supplies provided include: hydraulic table, lotions, oils, essential oils, linens & laundry, therapeutic aids such as PPE supplies, bolsters, bed wedge, body cushion, pregnancy pillow, breast support pillow, table heater, high quality ceiling fan and blue tooth speaker Electronic booking software and record keeping as well as remote access to your client files is available You will have control over your own schedule to add breaks with the flexibility to take time off as needed You will only need to be at the clinic when booked Many of our therapists have +10 years clinical experience for you to receive ongoing mentorship from and build a solid professional network
