$40K Reward!! Lost handwritten book of Poetry/lyrics

PLEASE NOTE ** The photograph I provided is not from the book I am searching for but rather to be used as a reference to the penmanship the book was written in Over 20 years ago I had a book of poetry/lyrics/art stolen from a lawyers office in Edmonton , AB. This book was titled on the front hard cover . The poems in the book later went on to be used as lyrics for many very popular songs and are being performed by some of todays top bands and solo artists dating back to songs released around 2003 until 2021 (approximately).There was a photocopy of this book as well so it could be just photocopied sheets of paper or a hardcover book with untraditional type of paper on the outside of the book as well as for the pages inside. The book features poetry with colourful artwork specific to each poem making every page different. The penmanship features bold exaggerated lettering . This Book is very special to me and truly was my masterpiece. I would be forever grateful to have it back in my possession as it is my greatest accomplishment to date,my legacy. I am truly honoured that someone not only saw potential in my book but also invested their time and skill composing the music that turned my words into lyrics of such amazing songs. My biggest aspiration for my book and poems were that of becoming songs and it is a dream come true to hear such talented performers singing songs from my poetry on the radio! If you think that you may have seen my book or copies of it I would really appreciate hearing about it , I have been searching for over 20 years for it and I really would like to find it ! Some of the Artist that perform songs with lyrics I wrote ( from the lost book I am speaking about) : Nickleback Green Day Doobie Matchbox 20 Jelly Roll Highly Suspect Bruno Mars Ed Sheeran + more If you personally know any of the above musicians I would be forever grateful for any information - as well if any of the musicians or producers are willing to include me in a split sheet for sharing royalties I will gladly split my share with whoever helps me get my book back.( I am aware that funds are only held for 3 years for unknown authors and musicians to come forward and collect their share, but there is a chance that there are some out there that I haven’t yet discovered that are newer) Reward is negotiable I would like to offer $40,000.00 because that is what I was told it would cost me to get a lawyer on board to help me find it.
