DJ Lessons from an Active Local DJ - Pioneer, Allen+Heath

Learn to DJ! Experienced teacher & DJ, active in Southwestern Ontario electronic scene, MA in music, teaching since 2003.

Lessons are taught on Pioneer CDJs and an Allen & Heath DJ mixer to familiarize you with any club or festival setup that you might encounter. Learn to tag and organize your music in Rekordbox, the fundamentals of beatmatching and mixing, and how to build a set that creates a journey.

All DJs – experienced or aspiring – are welcome. Learn to connect with your music in a whole new way, whether you aim to be in the blacklights behind the decks at a rave, or play for your dog.

Fee is $65/hr or $45/half-hour
