Job Description:Job Description We are looking for a personable, self-motivated and reliable individual to host and maintain an atmosphere of calmness and relaxation at our center. Our Front Desk staff is the face of Art of Sauna and is responsible for:Greeting visitors and employees courteously and cater to their special requests, needs and complaints.Book and schedule appointments efficiently and fairly.providing guests with the facility information and recommendations if neededMaintain correct cash balance dailyMaintaining a professional presence at the front desk answering the phone and coordinating appointments.Utilize effective communication skills, promote the Spa's services and productsHandle multi-line phone system and answer emails daily Requirements:at least 1 year experience at spa/salonProficient in Excel and Wordrefined verbal and written communication skillsmust be able to work a variety of shifts – evenings and weekendsHandle situations with minimal supervision.
