Receptionist
The Fence Store is a Calgary Based Residential and Commercial fence construction company that is committed to high standards, honesty, integrity and employee satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
• Greet and welcome customers at the main reception
• Ability to communicate with clients
• Answer the main phone line and respond to general inquiries from the public
• Assisting Estimators with quotes
• Greeting Customers
SKILLS AND ASSETS
• Must have effective verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Excellent customer service
• Positive and friendly demeanor
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic and initiative
• Have some experience with reading blueprints, but willing to train
Schedule:
• Monday thru Friday
• 8:00 – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00per hour (Compensation based on experience)
Expected Start Date: Immediately
