Mousy Browns is seeking a friendly and professional part-time front end to join our team at our Old Strathcona salon! As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operations.
Duties:
- Opening & closing of salon
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, emails & book appointments
- Accurate handling of cash
- Cleanliness & organization of front area
- Product shelves stocked & faced
- Checking in & checking out guests
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred
- Knowledge of hair services & terminology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in typing and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively & problem solve
Wage: $15 per hour
Expected Hours: 6-14 hours per week.
Expected Shifts: Friday afternoon/evening, and some Saturday & Sunday shifts as needed.
