Job Description:Job Description Currently seeking for a general office clerk for reputable company in Ajax Ontario. Job Tasks:Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries promptly and efficiently.Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents to maintain organized records.Send and receive messages, keeping communication channels clear and effective.Prepare and format page presentations with attention to detail and consistency.Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making processes.Provide general information to clients and the public in a helpful and courteous manner.Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing to facilitate smooth operations.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Locate and remove files requested, maintaining the integrity of the filing system.
