We are looking for a partner or 2 - help us grow to 10 offices

We are looking for a few partners. We are going to have 10 offices in Canada and USA with 100 brokers this year working in our group….want to join us ? We have 3 offices in Canada right now with thousands of leads and deals every day. We are FULLY functional with 30 lenders, full lead generation department, social media, websites and about 12,000 clients in our data base who we market to daily ( we did 4 deals Friday alone ) Our lead generation is getting bigger each day and adding 2000-3000 leads a month. We are looking for a investor / partner to come join us and help grow this business with brokers to help us service our clients. With our target of 100 brokers in our 10 offices this year we need someone to help grow this. We will grow in Canada and USA. Someone with a background in sales, managing and training sales staff and or technology ( social media and Google ads ) would be ideal. We want someone who is great with people, professional, likes training and mentoring people and wants to run a office on their own once trained. We are looking for a investment of $50,000 that will allow you a part of the whole brokerage or a larger part of 1 office and all sales. Each office will gross $120,000-150,000 monthly with very low overhead. We are flexible in options. This is a turnkey opportunity with a owner group who has 5 years experience in this industry and knows every single aspect of unsecured business lending and equipment leasing. We have the banks and lenders ( major lendes we have are not signing up new brokerages any longer. So we are crushing the competition and small brokers who have 1-3 lenders. We have 30 and that is growing based on our relationships ) We are ready to train and mentor a broker partner to help us grow.
