The house locates at neat and quire North area of London. It is an ideal location for you to start the journey of your UWO student life from the summer school. Your fur baby is also welcomed.
Location! Location! Location! 7 minutes driving to Western University. One free parking spot is available. The community is very convenient, it is close to Costco, restaurants, banks, convenient stores, supermarkets, etc. Also, two convenient bus stops around.
The room is furnished which is on the 2nd floor. Utilities fees are shared with roommates.
It is a pet friendly place. We have a Samoyed dog and a blue cat. The back yard is very big and good for the dog. The current roommates are all pet lovers and very friendly. If you have a pet, the rent will be $700 per month.
