Responsibilities: As a Corporate Assistant at The Acquisition Group, you will be responsible for seamlessly supporting business tasks for Senior Executives in our leadership team. Key responsibilities include:Assist in organizing business schedules, including meetings, phone calls, emails, etc.Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, task coordination, and document preparation.Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with executive priorities.Handle all correspondence with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality.Anticipate the needs of the executives, maintaining an organized system for task prioritization.Streamline internal process organization to enhance the efficiency of daily operations. Qualifications and Skills:At least 1 year of experience in similar role. Management experience is an asset.Strong proficiency in entire suite of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Power point, Word and Excel.Diploma or bachelor’s degree.Advanced proficiency in business communications – verbal and written.High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.Ability to think quickly and problem solve independently; self-sufficient.Exceptional professionalism and interpersonal skills - you will directly represent the leaders of our company.
