Learn more about us at: https://kavaleerhomes.com/ Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential renovation projects based on thorough analysis and understanding of project requirementsCollaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project scope and specificationsConduct on-site visits and evaluations to assess existing conditions and provide detailed cost breakdownsUtilize industry knowledge and market trends to source and evaluate materials and subcontractor quotesDevelop comprehensive proposals and support sales staff during the planning process Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the estimation processActively participate in project kick-off meetings and provide support to the project management teamDesign and enhance estimation templates to improve efficiency in upcoming projects. Qualifications:3+ years of experience in residential renovation estimation or a related field.Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawingsStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and subcontractorsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in estimation software, such as CoConstruct and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. A diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is an asset. Salary and Benefits:Full TimeSalary at $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
