Sr. Payroll Specialist

Job Description:Job Description Responsibilities- Process and manage payroll for a large organization- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee timecards, deductions, and reimbursements- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports for management and auditors- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection standards Requirements- Proven experience as a Senior Payroll Specialist or similar role- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization Note: Experience with USA payroll would be an asset This is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist looking to take on a senior role within a dynamic organization.
