I'm new to the area, but not new to renovations and restorations. I have been working as a general contractor for 10 plus years. I only work weekends now, so not overly intersected in big jobs. So painting, flooring, tile, framing, drywall, etc. you name it i can do it. If you're ok with a job taking a little longer depending on the size as I am only part rime we can negotiate that.
