1997 sunstream 17ft. 70hp OMC

1997 sunstream bow rider. Family owned since new. Serviced,maintained and stored by marina from new to 2015 season. 4 years ago the boat was serviced by an OMC tec. Rebuilt power trim unit was added. Rebuilt 70hp OMC carbs and reed blocks added. Replaced water pump and housing. Replaced prop seal and prop. Currently sitting professionally winterized, shrink wrapped and acid washed. Fresh oil in lower end. The boat comes with its factory roller trailer In fair shape. Good tires,bearing with bearing buddy's. Functioning lights. Comes with spare power head with an internal engine failure for CDI boxes, coil packs ext... I believe all electronics are still on power head. Skeg is chipped and the floor by rear seat has slight fiberglass delamination but no wood rot. Transom and boat is very solid. Zero rips or tears on the interior and only verry mild sun checking/fading. I have no issues putting the boat in the lake and test driving it. However I do not want to un winterize the boat until a fair deal is made based on a succesful test ride. 1 older but usable aftermarket cover and 1 very fresh aftermarket cover.
