Intermediate Full Stack Cloud Developer

Job Description:Job Description We are looking for a talented, energetic individual with a dedication to quality to join our new Cloud Platform team in Burnaby, B.C to design and build our SaaS platform. Core Responsibilities: Work closely with fellow developers, Team Leads, and Architects to understand business requirements in order to design and deliver features for our Cloud Platform to support customer needs Continuously identify areas of improvement in reliability, functionality, and scalability within the architecture Mentor and be an information source for junior engineers Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience with Nodejs, JavaScript/TypeScript 2+ years of professional experience in developing NoSQL databases, designing data models, and proficient in querying document stores. Experience in cloud platforms (preferably AWS) developing microservices. Experience working with API Gateway, CDNs, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing. Must demonstrate strong software coding skills in one or more languages including JavaScript, Typescript, Python, Node.js Experience with React Experience building scalable serverless microservices. Knowledge in API security frameworks, token management, and user access control including OAuth, JWT etc. Ability to function/adapt to rapidly changing requirements common in early-stage of product development Responsiveness to the evolving needs of the business and ability to craft solutions that solve complex business problems Ability to jump between frontend and backend work Strong interpersonal and communication skills Other Valuable Skills/Experience: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA Knowledge of SDLC best practices, including version control, QA, build/release management, CI, and automated testing Experience in a Linux environment Experience developing applications for embedded systems in C Company Description Algo Communication Products Ltd. is an innovative technology company manufacturing and supplying IP audio and video communication products to our global customers.
