Operating 20 brands including major ones like Stablepoint and Mochahost, we run over 1 million websites globally. This is all built on our own infrastructure. Role Description We're hiring full time Senior Systems Administrators to join our worldwide Infrastructure team. Daily responsibilities vary, but they can range from technical escalations from the business, to being Subject Matter Experts in our core areas. Essential Experience Strong knowledge and experience with cPanelSolid understanding of virtualisation technologies - Proxmox experience is desirableDevelopment skills - we write our own playbooks and tooling. Python is the preferred languageAutomation experience with a focus on Ansible. At our scale we have to automate where possible.Version/change control experience.Monitoring/Site Reliability Engineering (Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga) Desirable Experience Experience with Microsoft Windows and Powershell.Experience with Plesk on WindowsDatacentre/Hardware experience - we interact with facilities and remote hands teams globally.Understanding of network operations.
