We are looking to hire an experienced IT Support Consultant to help support our existing clients with intermediate/senior level IT support

Our company has a major focus in supporting the education sector with our technicians being on-site in the schools that we manage.
In this role, the successful candidate would be responsible for end user support to staff, teachers and students. There would be additional training provided on required systems and software that are used in the schools.
Most of the schools use Apple technology for students and Windows technology for staff. Google Workspace/Classroom is the predominant software used in the classroom
Working knowledge in Apple and Google is a definite plus. In addition a working knowledge of Azure with certifications would also be an asset.
While this position is supported by a senior technology consultant, it requires the ability to work independently, be creative, customer focused and self motivated.
