We are close to Superstore, Canadian Tire, Staples, 7 Eleven, Greek restaurant, Cineplex, IKEA, and T&T.
We're looking for a female roommate. International student or working professional are preferred.
We have two rooms available for rent.
1st room is $800 / month.
2nd room is $840 /month
Each room is for single occupancy. Overnight guest or sleepovers are strictly not allowed, no pets, no cannabis, no smoking, no vaping, & no drugs.
Looking for individuals who are respectful of the shared space and maintain a clean and tidy living environment.
