I am a low income adult seeking a room to rent. I am currently on Income Assistance but seeking part time work, as well, to subsidize my income. I am LGBTQ person with anxiety disorder so I often keep to myself in my room and/or remain quiet.
Looking for a single room as I am not willing to share a bedroom. I am seeking a proper room and not a living room/hall etc with a curtain. I value my privacy and peace.
If added to the lease I can afford $550/m but if not I can afford $500/m. If I do find work beforehand that may change to a higher amount.
I am quiet and tidy. I am willing to split chores and do not have a vehicle so I do not require parking. Though I will require somewhere close to public transit.
