Free Room and board. Note: Landlord is looking for someone that is capable and willing perform hard work in exchange for room and board. “Furnished” private room provided – With shared use of the rest of the house. Home is “Off the grid” (Between Apsley and Coe Hill) on 70 acres of mostly forested land – Wilderness trails, river frontage. (Canoe/Kayaking/Walking, etc.). Internet is available but limited (Use of landlord’s cell phone “Hot spot” as required) TV/Cable is not included. (But available in the area) Note: This is not for everyone – Living off the grid is “Challenging” – (Electricity is provided by Solar panels, and is “Limited”) – Roomers are expected to adapt. House is clean, but not pretty – (Plywood floors, interior renovations are needed, wooden exterior, no landscaping) More suitable for younger (Energetic) single person that wants to experience living “Off the Grid” and “Off the Land” - And willing to work (Household renovations, making trails, logging, running sawmill, gardening, etc. etc.) No Pets.
