I am subletting a room in a one bedroom apartment for this Summer. I am looking for a non smoking and preferably a student ( which studies in Concordia, McGill, Dowson college). My place is 10 minutes walks to Dowson college. I am a teacher at Mcgill myself. I live in the living room myself and I sleep on the couch there. You will have a private room and the washroom and the kitchen is shared. If you are interested please send me a message explaining yourself, you work, your school, age, etc.
The room is furnished. I have a study desk and one small bed ( I can upgrade this to a bigger one). The room is very clean and it very beautiful. You have a nice view towards downtown Montreal. Everything is included in the price ( Hydro, Electricity, and AC).
