2008 Forest River Canadian Sport 385 CKTS Fifth Wheel Toyhauler (Search American sport brochure pdf for specs). In great condition, well maintained and ready for camping. Second owner. - 3 slides (bed room, Living room, kitchen) and all are hydraulic. - Garage is 13 feet long with rubber floor and tie down points. Also has E-track rails installed. Lots of cupboard storage. - Has 1 AC 13500 btu that is ducted to bedroom. Heated tanks. 35000 btu Furnace with ducting in the floor and enclosed underbelly. - 6 cu ft fridge that was replaced with brand new 5 years ago with minimal use. It is electric or propane. - Free standing dinette with 4 chairs and couch that folds into a bed. Day/night shades. - Queen bed slide with lots of storage. Corner stand up shower and sink are in bedroom with separate bathroom. - Queen loft bed over garage accessible from living room. - Fantastic fans in bathroom and garage. Both have Maxair type vent covers on roof. - Has on board air compressor and fuel tank with pump/hose to fill toys and also runs the generator - 5500 Onan gas generator. Serviced regularly. - Dual 30 lb propane tanks. - Front stabilizer jacks are hydraulic and self leveling. - Has awing covers on all 3 slides and were recently replaced along with main awning. - Outdoor shower. - 2 of the 6 tires are brand new and the rest are in excellent condition. Also includes a spare that I have never used. - Replaced lots of the interior and exterior lights with new LED’s last year. Has 2 new 6 volt batteries installed last year. - Trailair Air ride hitch make pulling very smooth. - Solar panel and controller for off grid camping. Has crack in linoleum near kitchen sink but doesn’t effect use. Well cared for with some sun faded graphics but exterior and rubber roof are excellent. Unit has never been smoked in and no pets.
